Celebrate the start of the summer with a weekend of wine and food pairings
on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail
Smokin’ Summer Kickoff returns to the Trail, June 10-12
Watkins Glen, NY – What better way to celebrate the change in seasons than with a summer-themed wine and food pairing event?! Join the members of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail for Smokin’ Summer Kickoff, June 10-12, 2022.
Enjoy a self-guided tour around beautiful Seneca Lake while sampling wine and food pairings at 13 participating Seneca Lake Wine Trail wineries. The food pairings will have a seasonal theme including grilled, barbeque, and picnic recipes! A few of the dishes attendees can look forward to sampling include:
Summer Couscous Salad at Toast Winery
BBQ Glazed Chicken & Chorizo Paella at Glenora Wine Cellars
Creamy Corn Dip at Bagley’s Poplar Ridge Vineyards
Grilled Sirloin with Chimichurri Sauce at Lakewood Vineyards
Classic Bruschetta at Seneca Shore Wine Cellars
Smokin’ Summer Kickoff takes place Friday, June 10 (12pm-5pm), Saturday, June 11 (10am-5pm), and Sunday, June 12 (10am-5pm). Tickets are $50 (plus tax and processing fees) per person for tickets that include wine tasting. Designated drivers are welcome and encouraged, and there are tickets available just for them ($20 plus taxes and processing fees).
